Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Packages marked as "Delivered" by the logistics carrier constitute completed delivery, and CHASON is not responsible for stolen or misplaced parcels after delivery verification.

All returns, size exchanges, and defective product claims are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy.
Mandatory Defect Proof: Claims regarding damaged or defective merchandise require clear photo or video proof submitted to chason408@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Disputes: Prior to initiating any credit card chargeback or third-party dispute, you agree to contact customer support at chason408@gmail.com to resolve any issues amicably. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using these Terms and delivery tracking records.
